3 eggs

1 1/4 cups milk

1/4 cup oil

1/2 cup plain flour

1 1/2 cups grated cheese

1 1/2 cups grated zucchini

other fillings optional eg

grated carrots, cooked and diced broccoli, diced and cooked onion

ham or salmon is a nice addition


Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a greased pie dish and bake in a moderate oven until set and browned. Serve hot or cold.

frozen puff pastry sheets

2 eggs

1/2 cup cream

1/2 cup milk

grated cheese

other filling eg ham, grated carrot, parsley, onion

Thaw pastry and cut into rounds with scone cutter. Place on patty tin sheet. Add cheese and other fillings to pastry. Make custard filling by lightly combining eggs, milk and cream. Fill pastry rounds with this mixture, not quite to the top. Bake 180 degrees C until puffed and golden.
